Most of our engagements start with a three step process:
- Research – Our consults come onsite to investigate how you do business today. They will document and evaluate the platforms, technologies, systems and processes you use and the data that is generated. They will interview executives, management and key personnel that are essential to understanding your business, your processes, your systems and your data.
- Analysis – Once our consultants have collected all the information about your business a team of experts will analyze the data collected. First going over piece by piece what was found and then looking at it from the big picture. It will then be determined what recommendations will be made, in which areas, that will cause the largest positive immediate impact on your business. We will determine which technologies best fit your needs, what platforms or systems should be utilized, what integration is necessary, how processes could be re-engineered, and how data needs to be analyzed and displayed to make decisions faster.
- Proposal – In this stage we provide the results and recommendations of our study. We discuss what you are using today, how it works and what the alternatives could be. Processes are outlined in this section and any changes or improvements are documented in detail. We also provide a detailed description of what the technology, platform, system or integration methodology would look like and why we recommend it. This document can be used as an overall project plan and includes not only the detailed recommendations but also the estimated costs involved in implementing these changes or additions to your system. Our proposals and projects and broken into smaller sub-projects and we utilize an agile approach to delivery of these sub-projects. This is done so that changes that impact the business can be deployed and recognized faster. This proven methodology increases the acceptance, adoption and overall success for the project.
